This section shows the arrangements of AirspaceHK’s study group events, meeting, workshop, and guest talk under severe weather arrangement. Study groupmates please kindly pay close attention to the latest announcements on the WhatsApp group, official Instagram, and Facebook pages  

The arrangements of Typhoon signal and Rainstorm warning from Hong Kong Observatory (HKO)：

The arrangements of study group events (Including Meeting, Workshop and Guest talk) after cancelled: 

Study group meeting: All study group meetings that are cancelled in advance or on the same day will be held another day within a month, the  AirspaceHK team will make other arrangements and will notify the team members as soon as possible after the decision is made. 

Activities, Workshops and Guest talk: For all study group activities, workshops and guest lectures that are cancelled in advance or on the same day,  the AirspaceHK team will make other arrangements and will notify the group members as soon as possible after the decision is made. 

Remarks: 

  1. For study group activities cancelled due to bad weather, AirspaceHK will only reschedule and will not arrange refunds. 2. The final arrangement of the study group activities will be subject to AirspaceHK’s team l announcements on WhatsApp groups, official Instagram and Facebook, so stay tuned.

Coffee Corner and Pantry 

  • Coffee and milk are free
  • Please pay before getting the drinks
  • Please keep the place clean and tidy (Clean As You Go)

Water Dispensers: Bottle-Refilling and Recycle

  • Free to use
  • New water bottles are placed at the gate
  • Please acknowledge the staff for ordering the new bottles. Thank you for your help! 

Recycling of Lunch Boxes & Environmental Management

  • Please DO NOT THROW the lunchbox or food into the rubbish bin
  • Please DO NOT PUT any liquid waste into the rubbish bin
  • Please put the lunchbox in the box provided
  • Please clean cups, dishes, or other cutleries after use

Room/Area Usage

  1. Quiet room usage 
  • Besides lecturing workshops, sharing sections, and private booking, the lecture room is open for quiet self-study use. 
    Please put all tables and chairs in an organized order.
  1. Private booking (Meeting Room)
    • Private bookings are offered for grouped members to use the lecture room, the small conference room.  Please put all tables and chairs in an organized order.
  • Please mark your booking on the list outside the room

NOTE: Booking is only available if:

  • More than 6 members are checked in for the section
  • Appointments are only available from 

           2:00 pm – 6:00 pm, 6:00 pm – 10:00 pm on SUN, SAT, MON & WED

 

  1. SIM Area
  • Please DO NOT touch/poke the monitors
  • Please DO NOT bring any food/drinks within the SIM Area. (i.e. water, coffee, tea)
    Be     EXTREMELY GENTLE to sim control.
  • Sim is limited to sim program’s students.

  • Reminders

     

    • No OVERNIGHT stay in the study room
      • Person/s caught will pay a FINE
      • Continuous offense will face a CONSEQUENCE 

     

    • Last person/s to leave the study room, kindly SWITCH OFF all the lights and aircon.
